I live outside European Union, can I order ?

Yes of course! And the good news it is that you will pay less than others : -). Indeed, you will not be charged with the European taxes (19.6%). Moreover, Paypal enables you to pay in your own currency, you will thus see exactly what you will pay for your order in the currency you know best. No nasty surprise possible!

How are our skins produced?

Our skins are made of very thin vinyl film (3M™), with a pressure-activated adhesive. The artist's drawing is printed directly on it, in photo quality. The top layer is a smooth coating, to protect your skin from scratching, ultra-violet rays and graffiti. The quality of the film (3M™ ControlTac™) allows easy repositioning and placement without air bubbles.

Will our skins hinder the use of other accessories?

No. The skin is so thin (less than 0.1 mm) and the absence of air bubbles when properly applied will permit all accessories to be used, without any exception. Your iPod™ will still slide into the dock and there won't be any interference with your iTrip.

I completely failed to apply my skinizi, I think I'm gonna cry?

No problem! You can relax. If you return what remains of the skins to us within seven days of your receiving the skin, we will send you back a replacement skin of the same design. Most people do find the installation to be very easy. When you receive your replacement skin, please take care to follow the simple instruction :)

Can our skins be removed easily?

Yes. Our skins can be removed easily and they leave no residue whatsever on the screen.

Are our skins re-useable?

Yes, and no. Our skins are designed to be used only once, but tests have shown that the quality of the adhesive often allows the skin to be used more than once.

As an artist, you'd like to suggest your productions to us. How to proceed?

Will you be paid for the use of one of your themes?

Yes. The use of one of your themes or drawings for our skins (but only for our skins) will be fixed in a contract. Every 3 months, the artist will receive the balance of the total of his skins sold.

What's the delivery time?

We will do our utmost to ship your orders within 24 hours.
Our packages are mailed by the French Post office in priority mail (standard). There is no system to follow up the order, however, we found the following delivery times :

• France : between 24 and 72h (not contractual)
• Europe : 3 to 10 days
• North America : 7 to 15 days
• South America : 7 to 15 days
• Asia/Oceania : 7 to 15 days

What are the shipping costs?

The amount of shipping costs depends on the country of delivery:

• France : 3 €
• Europe : 4 €
• World : 5 €

What is our return goods policy?

According to French law, if you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can return it within 7 days. We will either replace the product or refund the money.
Please note: any returned product must be in the original packing and must be undamaged and unused.
