Niel Quisaba from the Philippines have 29. he majored in painting at the University of the Philippines in the Visayas, in Cebu City, finishing Fine Arts, major in painting. In 2002, he worked for a design group in Manila as a web designer. But he also did illustration on the side, so that he won’t forget the theories and skills he learned in school. he’d have to say that his experience in Manila learned the most about web and graphic design. It’s also where he discovered and developed a personal satisfaction in digital illustration. Now, he's back in Cebu City where he's working as a freelance digital illustrator. Doing freelance gives him the freedom to do the designs he want to do, and to choose the projects he want to pursue.
